ASSESSMENT CENTER APPLICATIONS

Evaluation center applications are used to help you make the right choice with scientific data in recruitment, organizational backup, appointment and promotion processes. These are practices in which the competencies required by the position you are looking for are measured on the basis of behavioral indicators with more than one evaluator and measurement tool.


The first step of the assessment center application is to work with your consultant about your company's goals, strategies, job description and your expectations from the position.


After the competencies required by the job are determined, measurement tools suitable for each competency are determined by your expert consultants. Competency-based interview, personality inventory, role play, case study and document study tools are mainly used in executive job placement processes.


In competency-based interviews, questions specific to the competencies required for the position are asked. With the concrete examples and explanations given by the candidates, it is evaluated to what extent they suit the competencies sought by the employer. Competency-based interviews are conducted by experienced consultants who have received "competency-based interview skills training".


Personality inventories enable the candidate's competencies to be related to each other in a multidimensional way. The inventory used is interpreted by consultants who have received "personality inventory evaluator training".


Role play, case study and document study simulations should be designed by consultants who are "certified in assessment center and case design techniques". The applications of these tools are carried out by consultants who have an "evaluation skills certificate". The application of each tool is done with the simultaneous participation of at least two experts and the evaluated candidate.
